Some people always maintain their humbleness no matter how successful they are. These are the individuals who are passionate, hardworking and talented. One such actor who is simply amazing at what he does is Jérôme Charvet, one of the best actors of his generation. He is a highly talented individual with remarkable acting skills that thrills audiences and this is all because of his never-ending passion, devotion and hard work in the field which gained him the immense popularity that he deserves.

This young man had an amazing childhood and discovered his passion for acting at a very young age. He worked towards living up to his dreams and it was due to his remarkable talent that Jérôme was able to establish himself as a well deserved actor in the Film industry.

After getting noticed by the general public for his undeniable charisma in Amour et Turbulences (dubbed as Love is in the Air) alongside French actress Ludivine Sagnier, his brilliant performance with famous actor Jean Reno in the international TV series Jo allowed him to reach the industry heavyweights. Thanks to these performances, producers gave him a part in the movie United Passions starring Tim Roth, Sam Neill and legendary actor Gérard Depardieu. The movie was recently selected at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, the most prestigious film festival in the world.

When asked about how he felt about acting opposite Depardieu, this young man replied that “when you get an opportunity to work with an actor of that calibre who is such a mountain of charisma, you’d better be ready and really prepare your part in order to be confident when you shoot the scenes”.

Well, good job Mister Charvet, and we already can’t wait to see his next feature film!

There are some people who dream of something and then excel at something different. It is their passion and dedication towards the particular field that makes them so successful. One such highly accomplished actress is Gwen Albers from Holland. Gwen aspired to become a ballet dancer but today is an established actress. She is super talented and gorgeous.

At the young age of nine Gwen got selected to join the National Ballet Academy (Amsterdam) and post nine years of training, was offered a contract with The Dutch National Ballet which is one of the leading ballet companies of the world. For Gwen, stage was her life ever since she was a child. For seven years she danced in all main classical ballet pieces and gradually started leaning towards acting. Her acting career initiated through working in commercials and she considered this as a wonderful opportunity to explore the imperfections of human behavior.

Her performances speak volumes about her talent and she has played leading roles in the films “Before I Awake”, “Love Consequences”, “The Fallen”, “Clair de Lune”, “Grey Mouse”, and “Period”. Her television works include “Stay!” and “Accused”. Besides this, she has also performed in theatre and her credits cover “Beyond Therapy”, “The Office of Dead Letters”, “The Factory Girls” and “Eric Gills Work”. The television movie “Stay!” is a recipient of multiple awards.

Gwen was trained at the Theater School in Amsterdam, The Ivana Chubbuck studios in Los Angeles, and in New York at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She is highly inspired by the works of directors Fabienne Berthaud and Sam Mendes. Her upcoming projects include a short film shot by Elena Dalmasso, feature film Overexposed by Juan David Castilla for which she will begin shooting in November.

She aspires to work with different directors and would like to take on new as well as challenging projects. She considers Juliette Binoche and Kate Winslet as her ideal co-stars. Her personal favorite performance so far, is her role of Una in Frank Guiness’s play The Factory Girl. Even more amazing, is that this was the role of a seventy year old Irish woman and she took a lot of effort to really get prepared and into this character. She believes in dedication, sacrifices and endurance and she advices the same to aspiring performers, wanting to follow her lead.
